Chanukah Mitzvah Miracles

Chanukah Mitzvah Miracles

Do a mitzvah for others this Chanukah!

Many people in our community are feeling isolated during these challenging times. Getting a heartfelt card or letter from someone – even a stranger can do so much to lift someone’s spirits. The four organizations listed below invite you to write cards/letters to the people to whom they provide support.

This Chanukah – gather your supplies and on Sunday, December 13 (or when it works for you), let’s make cards!

Four easy steps!

  • Gather Supplies: Paper (plain or construction paper), pens, crayons, markers, paint, stickers (be creative!)

  • Write cards!

  • Send the cards to the organizations listed.

  • Send additional cards to family or friends!

Organizations:

  • Operation Gratitude sends care packages to our troops and first responders. Each package contains a handmade card. Click here to learn more about Operation Gratitude and here for the instructions for writing cards.
