Projects for all ages! OPEN TO ALL… Bring your friends and family!
Mitzvah Day Projects
- For troops: Write letters, decorate pillowcases, make paracord bracelets and cards, and collect Beanie Babies
- For seniors: Paint potted plants and make cards
- For at-risk youth: Collect electronic waste (see below), make fleece blankets, journals, friendship bracelets, hair ties, and toiletry bags
- For animals: Make dog toys, collect gently used pillowcases, towels, and dog/cat beds
- For those who are unhoused: Make lunches and toiletry bags
- For the community holiday dinner: Make gift bags for hats
- For all of us: Sidewalk CPR (hands only) and Stop the Bleed from from AMR/Gold Coast Ambulance EMS professionals
E-Waste Collection
All proceeds from this collection will be donated to Safe Passage Youth, a partnership between the Thousand Oaks Police Department and Conejo Recreation and Park District, to eliminate gang-related crime.
