Aliza Goland has been active in the Jewish community of Los Angeles for over 35 years, both as a volunteer and as a professional. While she was raising her three children, she became an active volunteer at her synagogue, including President of the Sisterhood and later Synagogue President at Shomrei Torah Synagogue in West Hills.

Director of the Early Childhood Center, Donna Becker

Our Preschool Director, Donna Becker, has been an educator for more than 25 years and joined TAE in 2012. Prior to joining TAE, Donna worked at Malibu Jewish Center as their first teacher then went on to be the Director of the Early Childhood at Temple Beth Shir Shalom in Santa Monica for 10 years. She joined Temple Beth Haverim and built their early childhood program literally from the ground up before moving on to direct the preschool program at Ilan Ramon Day School. She is credentialed in Child Development as well as Administration.
