Prayers and Songs

Meaning Through Music at Temple Adat Elohim

“Blessings always call attention to what might otherwise be passed over as routine.”

Rabbi Elliott Dorff

Opportunities to create holiness are everywhere. At Temple Adat Elohim, one way we cultivate holiness is through prayer, both personal and communal. Prayer helps us elevate everyday moments and experience them as something sacred.

Every note sung or played, every harmony created, and every clapping hand or dancing child is an acknowledgment of the power of community and the power of the prayer we create together.
