ADL Kulanu

JOIN THE TAE KULANU TEAM!

Temple Adat Elohim’s Kulanu Team is a small group of TAE congregants working together to develop programs to fight rising antisemitism. We are seeking new members to bring fresh ideas for educational and/or advocacy initiatives for our congregation, as well as the local community.

Initiated and guided by ADL (Anti-Defamation League) since 2023, Kulanu, Hebrew for “all of us,” is a self-directed program that empowers synagogue communities to combat hate through education, community engagement, and advocacy.

In 2023, we co-presented an important event for Conejo youth entitled, Empowering Youth to Face Antisemitism on Campus, where our focus was college-bound teens from TAE, as well as Temple Etz Chaim and Temple Beth Torah. In Spring 2024, ADL Reginal Director Dan Meisel met with our adults at the monthly Brotherhood Bagel Brunch to discuss antisemitism and hate incidents in the community, and how to recognize and resist them.
