A Tradition of Saving Lives Through Mitzvot
Temple Adat Elohim has a long and meaningful history of fulfilling mitzvot through community blood donation. In partnership with Temple Etz Chaim, we have proudly supported Vitalant (formerly United Blood Services) for many years by hosting fall and spring blood drives.
Each time you donate blood, you are a hero. Your donation provides life-saving blood to patients facing sudden and critical medical emergencies. Even if you have never donated before, please consider participating. Saving a life is the ultimate mitzvah.
Our Impact as a Community
Thanks to our generous donors, we consistently collect over 80 pints of blood at each drive. In November 2018, our community collected more than 110 pints. Just days later, a tragic local event sent many people to area hospitals. Because of you, blood was immediately available when it was needed most.
