Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup potato starch
- ½ cup cake meal
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Cream sugar and butter
- Add eggs and beat
- Stir together, then add: salt, starch & cake meal
- Fold in the frozen blueberries
- Divide into cupcake tins lined with cupcake liners
- Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar
- Bake for 50 minutes
