A welcoming postpartum support circle for you and your baby, ages 0–6 months.
The first months with a new baby can bring so much: joy, questions, change, exhaustion, and moments when you simply want to know you are not alone.
Peaceful Beginnings: A Postpartum Support Circle is an eight-week gathering created to support you through this new chapter. Come as you are, bring your baby, and connect with other parents who are navigating many of the same experiences.
Hosted by Temple Adat Elohim’s Early Childhood Center, each gathering offers a warm, nurturing space to ask questions, share experiences, learn practical tools, and build confidence as you settle into life with your baby.
Most importantly, it is a place to connect, feel supported, and find your community.
Find your village.

Meet Sarah Epstein

Sarah Epstein, a certified Postpartum Doula, Early Childhood Educator, and mother of two, facilitates Peaceful Beginnings.
For more than a decade, Sarah has worked alongside new parents, providing compassionate guidance, practical education, and reassurance during one of life’s biggest transitions.
In addition to her postpartum work, Sarah works in our infant classroom, which gives her a unique perspective on supporting babies and families both at home and in an early childhood environment. She is certified in Infant & Adult CPR, is a babywearing educator, and continues her education in newborn care, breastfeeding, sleep, and postpartum wellness.
Sarah believes every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and connected. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where parents can ask questions without judgment, develop confidence in their own instincts, and discover the strength of community.
“My hope is that every parent leaves knowing they don’t have to do this alone.”
