Office Manager

Deanna Migdal is a dynamic non-profit management and leadership professional. She joins Temple Adat Elohim as Office Manager and brings a wealth of experience to the position.

Deanna is goal oriented, mission driven, and possesses the expertise to develop relationships and partnerships. She has excellent leadership, organizational, and team building skills. In her new role at TAE, she plans to create and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient workflow. She looks forward to collaborating with the Board of Directors, supervising the operations, and managing the office staff. She hopes to cultivate a strong and healthy culture and build a true sense of community.

Prior to joining TAE, Deanna served as the National Executive Director of NA’AMAT USA, a women’s non-profit organization that provides vital social services and education for women, children, and families in Israel. She was with the organization for eight years and began her tenure as their Office Manager. Earlier in her career she held Sales & Marketing positions in the Entertainment Industry.

Deanna lives in Woodland Hills with her husband Gary and dog, Luna. Gary owns a creative services and technology company in Burbank’s media district. Their daughter Brooke is a Psychology undergraduate at UCLA, aspiring to become a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Dermatology. Their older sons, Zach & Josh, are serial entrepreneurs and live in Hollywood. Deanna loves exploring the outdoors, hiking, playing pickleball and enjoys music, Pilates, the beach, and spending time with friends and family.
