Member Recognition Program
Temple Adat Elohim partners have an opportunity to enhance the experiences at the temple by becoming Pillar members. Becoming a Pillar member is your opportunity to provide financial support to Temple Adat Elohim above and beyond your temple dues and fees. This generosity allows for enhancement to our temple that dues alone do not cover.
Pillar members will be recognized on Shabbat slides viewable prior to each service, displayed in the foyer and the main office throughout the week. Pillar members are also recognized during High Holy Day services.
Our Annual Campaign Levels of Giving:
Visionaries: Donations in excess of $50,000
Guardians: Donations between $10,000 and $49,999
Benefactors: Donations between $5,000 and $9,999
Patrons: Donations between $2,500 and $4,999
Mentors: Donations between $750 and $2,499
How it works:
Pillar membership is determined based on donations made to designated funds and accumulated throughout each fiscal year. At the end of each fiscal year (June 30), pillar membership resets. Pillar membership can be achieved through joining the temple at the Sustainer or Builder Partnership Level or by contributing at least $750 in the fiscal year above and beyond Congregant or Partner dues.*
These cumulative donations to the temple include, but are not limited to, High Holy Day pledges, Mishloach Manot gifts, and any donation that is made to the General Fund, Annual Campaign, or any of the following funds:
ECC Yeladim Scholarship Fund
Eugene R. Marks Memorial Property Reserve Fund
Irene G. Stern Religious School Education Fund
Music and Choir Fund
Past Presidents Endowment Fund
Religious School Scholarship Fund
Social Action General Fund
Youth Program Fund
