High Holy Days Livestream Troubleshooting Guide
Please review our troubleshooting suggestions below:
Check your internet. Open a website like adatelohim.org. If it does not open, your internet may be down. Please contact your internet provider.
Restart your device. Turn your computer, tablet, or phone completely off. Wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on and try the livestream again.
Check your sound. Make sure your device is not muted, and the volume is turned up. If you use headphones or speakers, check that they are plugged in and turned on. You can test your sound by watching a recorded TAE Shabbat Service.
Try another browser. If you usually use Safari, try Chrome or another browser you have available. Sometimes one browser works better than another.
Refresh the page. Press the refresh/reload button at the top of your browser.
Reconnect to Wi-Fi. Turn your Wi-Fi off and back on, or move closer to your router.
Last step: Restart your router. If nothing else works, unplug your internet router. Wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

We are thrilled to offer a unique and fun-filled shofar-making experience for as little as $15.00 (price will vary depending on the shofar size you choose to work with)! Credit card or cash payments will be accepted on the day of the event.
You will learn how to make a shofar, gain knowledge about shofars, and learn to successfully sound the shofar. This event is perfect for all ages, so both adults and children are encouraged to attend.
