Gideon brings over 15 years of senior leadership experience across the nonprofit and corporate sectors, with deep expertise in operations, human resources, compliance, and strategic planning.
Most recently, he served as Executive Director at Temple Etz Chaim in Thousand Oaks, where he oversaw day-to-day operations, managed a team of 100+, and successfully led a $2.5 million facility renovation—completed ahead of schedule and under budget. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he implemented critical technology solutions to ensure continuity of services and community connection.
In February 2024, Gideon led a transformative mission to Israel alongside 25 North American Executive Directors, supporting Israeli citizens and victims of crisis and conflict. He was also honored to participate in a distinguished delegation with Masorti Olami, the World Zionist Organization, and KKL, contributing to essential conversations about the future of global Jewry.
Gideon’s earlier career includes roles at Bank of America and Opus Capital Markets Consultants, where he specialized in business controls and risk management. He holds a B.A.S. from Northern Arizona University and has completed executive leadership coursework at UCLA.
Outside of work, Gideon enjoys spending time with his wife, Elisha, and their daughters, Eliana and Ariella. Together, they share a love for the Los Angeles Kings, outdoor adventures, and cruise travel.
