MAETY/JAETY Ice Skating Event

Hello MAETY/JAETY Parents,

Happy New Year!

Our Ice Skating event is happening Sunday, January 13 from 12:00 – 2:30 p.m. – please note late end time.  Please have your kids bring a sack lunch, which we will eat in the youth lounge.  Then we will make our way on foot to The Lakes to skate.  Please note that 9th-12th graders are invited to join us at this event!

If we get 20 or more kids, the price is $8.50! Otherwise, it will be $17, including skate rental.  I will keep you posted as the RSVPs come it.  Please send your child with cash, as they will be paying at the ice skating rental window.  Pick up will be at 2:30 p.m. at The Lakes, 2200 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks, CA 91362.

Volunteers to walk with us would be greatly appreciated.  I would also suggest that walking parents and driving parents coordinate pickups so no one has to walk back to temple for their car.  To facilitate having enough time to skate, our Youth Liaison, Dave Warner will drive any Junior Cantors in attendance, as they do not complete practice until 12:30 p.m.

Completed membership and event form is required to attend, as this is an off site event.  Please complete the needed forms (found below) and email or send to TAE to my attention.

Please contact me with any questions at gigidictor@gmail.com.

Best,

Gigi
