Neighbor to Neighbor: Connect with TAE Partners in Your Community!

We’re excited to introduce an initiative that brings TAE partners closer together, fostering community right in the comfort of our own neighborhoods. This new program, “Neighbor to Neighbor,” is designed to help TAE partners create meaningful relationships with others who live nearby, offering a chance to connect, share, and support one another on a more personal level.

What Is Neighbor to Neighbor?

Imagine getting to know the faces behind the names you might see at services or community events. Neighbor to Neighbor allows TAE partners to meet informally in small gatherings hosted by fellow TAE partners. These gatherings are a space to get to know eachother, form new connections, and strengthen the bonds that make our temple community special. Whether you’re new to TAE or a familiar face, everyone is encouraged to participate!

How You Can Get Involved

To kick off this initiative, we are looking for temple partners who would be interested in hosting these small gatherings. As a host, you’ll provide a welcoming space, whether in your living room, backyard, or even a nearby park, for those who live close to you.

Interested in Hosting or Learning More?

If you are interested in hosting or if you have questions about what it entails, we’d love to chat! Please reach out to Leean Nemeroff by Wednesday, November 20, 2024, to express your interest or get answers to any questions you may have.

Why Participate in Neighbor to Neighbor?

  • Build Connections: Strengthen relationships with fellow TAE partners in your area.
  • Create Community: Contribute to a supportive, close-knit community where everyone feels valued.
  • Share and Learn: Exchange experiences, ideas, and resources, enriching our collective TAE community.

Let’s make our TAE community even stronger, one neighborhood at a time. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing the connections that will blossom through Neighbor to Neighbor!

College Outreach Care Packages

TAE COLLEGE OUTREACH COMMITTEE SENDS CARE PACKAGES TO OUR COLLEGE STUDENTS

This past year, our incredible TAE College Outreach Committee sent out over 100 care packages to our college students who are away from home! We know that many new TAE students are starting their college years this fall. We would love to send them care packages as well.

We are preparing to send our first package in a few weeks! If you are a TAE partner and your child is a student who would like to receive a TAE care package, please send their name, address, and dates they will be home from school for summer, winter, and spring breaks, as well as expected graduation date and any food allergies to Cantor David at dshukiar@adatelohim.com.

Thank you for helping to maintain this important connection!
