ShulCloud Payment Guide


  1. Log-into your temple account ( – top left of the screen)
  2. Click on the My Account tab
  3. Click “My Billing” from the dropdown.
  4. At the top of the next page you will see your current account balance.
  5. To pay your current account balance click “Submit A Payment.”
  6. You will then be taken to the Online Payments page.
  7. Choose “Payment is for account balance.”
  8. You choose to pay the entire amount, uncheck line items you don’t want to pay, or manually enter the amount you wish to pay.
  9. STOP HERE IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SET UP RECURRING PAYMENTS and go to the next section below.
  10. Select “Continue to Payment” and follow the payment prompts.


  1. Follow steps 1-8 above
  2. Click on the “Pay this Amount” dropdown and choose to set up a recurring payment. If setting up a recurring payment, choose the amount of
    months over which you wish to split the payments
  3.  Click Continue to Payment.


  1. On the Confirm Payment page you will see the amount of the payment being made.
  2. If you have a credit card on file select the card, click “Confirm and Continue” at the bottom of the page and your payment will be processed.
  3. If not, select “New Online Payment”
  4. Click “Confirm and Continue”
  5. Enter your credit card information and click “Pay Now.”
  6. You will receive an electronic receipt for your donation via e-mail.
