Neighborhood Connections

Bringing Our Community Closer to Home

Imagine knowing that TAE families are just around the corner. What if a friendly Shabbat dinner, a playdate, or a helping hand were just a few houses away?

TAE Neighborhood Connections is our new initiative to help you build meaningful relationships with fellow congregants who live nearby.

How It Works

  • Connect Locally: TAE has been divided into ten neighborhoods, stretching from Ventura throughout the San Fernando Valley. If you’re a TAE partner, you’re already part of a TAE neighborhood!
  • Meet Up: Local hosts will organize casual neighborhood gatherings to help you connect with others nearby.
  • Offer Support: Through our Just Five program, neighbors can help one another in small but significant ways.
  • Seek Support: Need a little help? Through our Neighborhood Connections program, we will help connect you with someone who can assist you.
  • Stay in Touch: We’ll help launch neighborhood WhatsApp groups and share directories, making it easy to stay connected.

Why Connect?

Because belonging doesn’t just happen in the sanctuary – it happens on your street, at your front door, and around your kitchen table.

  • Build friendships that extend beyond temple walls.
  • Share resources, support, and celebrations with neighbors.
  • Strengthen your connection within our community, one street at a time.
  • Experience the feeling of belonging, right where you live.

Let’s bring TAE home… block by block.
