Our Story
Camp T.A.E. began in 2021, originally known as Camp ViBeS (VBS Intentional Experiences) at Valley Beth Shalom. It was created by Camryn Kruger, now Temple Adat Elohim’s Director of K–12 Education and Youth Engagement. In the wake of the pandemic, Camryn saw the need for a teen program that blended purpose, adventure, and connection—and Camp ViBeS was born.
From Vision to Vibrant Community
What started as a bold idea quickly grew. From 2021 to 2025, the camp welcomed over 150 teens each summer, offering a unique blend of community service, outdoor exploration, and meaningful social experiences.
Rooted at TAE, Built for Impact
Now proudly based at Temple Adat Elohim, Camp T.A.E. continues to grow while staying true to its mission: empowering teens to give back, grow as individuals, and make unforgettable summer memories.
