When you enter your card on this site, it goes directly to Square — the same company that powers card readers at coffee shops, farmers markets, and restaurants everywhere. Square is one of the most trusted payment processors in the world, used by millions of businesses.

The auction site never sees your card number. Not even for a split second. Square’s software handles the card entry right in your browser, encrypts it instantly, and sends it straight to Square’s servers. What comes back to us is just a secure token — basically a random code that says “this person has a card on file.” No card number, no expiration date, no CVV. We couldn’t read your card number if we tried.

The AI concern. Claude (the AI) helped write the code for this site, the same way a contractor builds a house. Once the house is built, the contractor doesn’t live there or have a key. Claude was never connected to the live site, never saw anyone’s card, and has no access to the database or Square account. It helped write the software — it doesn’t run it.

The site itself runs on Cloudflare, which protects roughly 20% of the entire internet. They handle security, encryption, and infrastructure for companies like Discord, Shopify, and DoorDash. Your data is encrypted in transit, the same way it is on your bank’s website.

The short version: Square holds your card info, not us. Cloudflare protects the site. The AI wrote code, then left the building. The only thing stored in our system is your name, email, and a Square token — nothing a bad actor could use to charge anything.
