SPREADING THE LIGHT OF PEACE

Chanukah centers around lighting of the chanukiah (Chanukah menorah), not only to symbolize the oil lasting for eight days but also as a powerful reminder of hope, resilience, and unity.

With the kindling of each candle, we symbolically push back the darkness, reaffirming our commitment to peace.

By sharing the light of peace during Chanukah, we not only honor our traditions, but also inspire a collective commitment to illuminate the path to a more peaceful and inclusive world, even in the face of conflict.

This Chanukah, we encourage you to rededicate yourselves to the pursuit of harmony, to extend acts of kindness and compassion, and to educate your children about the value of peace.
