Friday, October 18, 2024 – SHABBAT IN THE SUKKAH
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Family Tot Shabbat Service | Sukkah
This service promises to be an engaging service for preschool age children and their families. If will take place in the Sukkah with Rabbi Diamond and Cantor Shukiar. You can join the fun preschool Oneg after or bring your own dinner to enjoy in the Sukkah immediatey following. - 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM | Congregational Bring Your Own Dinner | Sukkah
Join us for our annual congregational dinner in our Sukkah. Bring your dinner to enjoy amongst friends. Services will take place after the dinner in the Sukkah as well. - 7:00 PM | Shabbat Services | Sukkah and online

Saturday, October 19, 2024 – SUKKOT SCAVENGER HUNT
Seek & Snap: Sukkot Scavenger AdventureJoin us for a fun and festive Sukkot-themed scavenger hunt at the temple!
Get ready for a Sukkot-themed scavenger hunt! Meet at TAE, receive your clues, and begin your hunt! Your photos will help determine the grand prize winner and will be featured in a special slideshow! Join us for some fun, friendly competition and a chance to celebrate Sukkot in a creative and exciting way.
- 4:00 PM | Scavenger hunt begins
- 5:00 PM | Bring your own dinner and join us for a picnic in the Temple Sukkah. Enjoy a relaxed meal and the festive atmosphere with your fellow temple friends.
- 5:30 PM | Rabbi Diamond and Cantor Shukiar will lead the Havdalah service, followed by a sing-along for all who would like to participate.
- 5:45 PM | Wrap up the evening with an ice cream social and a slideshow showcasing the highlights of the scavenger hunt.
This event is perfect for families looking to enjoy Sukkot traditions and for temple friends who want to participate in a lively “Amazing Race”-style scavenger hunt. We encourage everyone to come back to the temple for the picnic, service, and social activities, even if you’re not participating in the scavenger hunt.
