Each community group, temple member and event committee is encouraged to submit news items and photos to be posted on the web site. News items are brief write-ups about any event, activity, award, or other noteworthy achievement that has happened within your group or committee.
Just a few examples include:
- Fun and/or unique activity conducted by a Havurah
- Key points made by a speaker at the Bagel Brunch
- Report on attendance and funds raised at the Walk to End Genocide
- Round-up of what happened at Mitzvah Day
- Highlights from the Woman’s Seder
- Story about a successful Youth Group event
- Mini-profile on a volunteer who has contributed in an outstanding way
Reporting on your events, activities, and members gives everyone in the congregation and community a chance to see your hard work and share in the excitement of your achievements.
