Potluck Dinner in the Sukkah
Monday, October 13th at 6:30 pm in the temple courtyard
After experiencing the hustle and bustle of the High Holy Days, we are usually so exhausted physically and spiritually, that the holiday of Sukkot sometimes gets left behind. Therefore, it is surprising that this week-long holiday is a time in which we are specifically commanded to be joyful. Additionally, the holiday concludes the time of spiritual rebirth and rediscovery associated with the fall season. Rabbi Dubowe and Marcy Goldberg will lead us in song and prayers. The entire community is welcome!
WHAT TO BRING: This will be a Dairy or Parve potluck dinner (no meat please). The first four people who call Ellen or Tara and want to bring a kugel will be allowed to, and the kugel category will be closed. You will then need to select another dish to bring.
The potluck dinner is organized as follows:
Last Name A–D: Dessert
Last Name E–M: Main Dish
Last name N–Z: Appetizer/Side Dish
Please RSVP by Thursday, October 9th to
