ColorVibe Designs An Evening of Creativity & Schmoozing!
Monday, October 26th at 6:30 pm

Featured Artist—Sharon Gellerman of ColorVibe Designs. Sharon uses a piece of fabric as a canvas and creates each silk scarf design as a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art. Because of the unpredictable nature of the interaction between the dyes and the marbling process itself, every finished piece is unique.

Her home studio is where ColorVibe Designs creates scarves for museum gift shops, art festivals, Etsy, and other boutiques. Her work can also be found in the International Art Museum of America in San Francisco; ASU Art Museum in Tempe, Arizona; Huntington Library and Museum in Pasadena; The Gallery of the Network in San Luis Obispo; and many other venues.

For more information and to RSVP, please download a registration form.

Please email Ellen Southard or call her at (818) 707-9024 or contact Tara Farkash or call her at (818) 707-6017 to RSVP or if you have any questions.

Rosh Chodesh Rosh Chodesh - Kislev
Monday, November 16th at 7 pm

Make it a very special Monday evening with Rosh Chodesh Kislev. Women 13 and older are invited to welcome the New Moon and the new month with learning, discussion, friends and a nosh. The theme for Kislev is miracles, and we are gathering to celebrate the part that these play in our lives. We will be reflecting on our own personal miracles, and we will give thanks to G-d for these and the blessings which we enjoy throughout the year, with a “unique and creative” activity. We pray for your good health, greater spirituality and many miracles now and in the future.

Marcia Price has graciously invited us to her beautiful home at: 1000 Lakeview Canyon, Westlake Village. We look forward to seeing you there (and bring your friends). Because Marcia is in a gated community, and we need to give names to the gate, kindly RSVP to Tobi Tilles or call her at (805) 437-6619 by November 9th. We request that you try to carpool. If you are able, please park below near the brick mailbox and walk up the driveway. Marcia has room for 10 cars at the level of the house, but we should give these spaces to those who are unable to walk up the driveway.
