Children’s High Holy Days Experience ‘11
While adults attend Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Services, children are invited to attend the Children’s High Holy Days Experience. Children who are registered* will have the opportunity to celebrate the High Holy Days through interactive activities such as Tefillah (prayer service), stories, music, arts and crafts and games. This program is designed for children in preschool (age 3 and potty trained) through 6th grade, with age appropriate activities for each grade level. (Children ages 3-9 years are not permitted in the Sanctuary during services). While this program is available only for day services, babysitting will also be provided for children from 2-9 years of age only during evening services. (All toddlers must be toilet-trained). Again, children in third grade or below will not be permitted to attend adult services in the Sanctuary – therefore, they do not require tickets.
*If you are interested in the Children’s High Holy Days Experience or babysitting, please fill out the appropriate registration form for the program of your choice and return it no later than the deadline stated on the form.
